HOW TO
MAKE A RESERVATION DIRECT BOOKING
Our online reservation
center offers an automatic availability and reservation service. If
the property is available, a booking form will appear on your browser.
You can select a house upon the list of our properties to know information
about it.
To make a reservation we recommend you first test availability of
the house selected.
You can close your reservation by a bank transfer of the 30% of the
total in at most 24 hours to the bank account which will be showed
in your browser when you fill the reservation form or you can select
to pay with a secure payment system (SSL) using a credit card. The
system allows VISA, MasterCard and Maestro credit cards. SSL system
will connect directly with the Spanish Confederation of Saving Banks,
thus ViveGranada will not be able to access to your credit card information.
We strongly recommend you to print the situation map whose link will
be showed in your browser if the reservation is successfully been.
When the reservation is finished we will send you an e-mail with information
about reservation and contact information of the house keeper.
Information about the methods of payment
- Credit
card: In this case the system will ask you the data of
the card and you will be charged the amount of the reservation
demanded by the owner. You will be confirmed on-line if the transfer
has been made correctly. You will receive an e-mail confirming
the reservation.
- Bank
transfer: The system will show to your client the data
of the owner’s account where he should transfer the money
demanded by the owner to confirm the reservation. If within two
days we don’t receive the fax (+34 958295580 o +34
647696600) with the bank receipt of the payment, the
reservation will be annulled. If the receipt is received, the
reservation will be confirmed. You will receive, in the moment
of making the reservation, an e-mail announcing the payment that
has to be made. Within two days you will receive another e-mail
confirming or annulling the reservation.
